Me and an American Bald Eagle. My husband and I took a 4 hour falconry class with a group of people and we were all able to have a variety of wonderful birds fly to us. At the end of the class we were able to get up close and personal with all the birds. Isn't she beautiful? I was barely able to keep my arm straight when holding her in this photo. She was so heavy!

Beautiful images everyone. Wow Sonya, I don't think I could be this brave to be so close to an eagle. What an amazing experience. Salma the little yellow bird is so beautiful, and you have taken a fabulous shot of her. I hope that Miss Muffin cat isn't looking at her!
