Our elf, Fiddle, made an appearance as soon as we returned from Hilton Head. The kids LOVE looking for him each morning and Kathryn has already written a note for him to deliver to Santa, asking what Santa's favorite cookies are so she can be sure to leave him the right kind on Christmas Eve. He wrote back and said chocolate chip :)

Last week I visited one of my favourite girls on earth and took her for a little walk in the snow. It didn't took long, mind you. It was too freezing cold.
After a while we settled for a hot cup of tea inside. Time well spent.
